Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email or phone, company, region, systems, project requirements and optional discovery source. Your inquiry may include the first page visited in this browser session, the referring website origin and limited campaign parameters to help us understand which information led to your inquiry. These non-form attribution fields are held in session storage for this tab session; form contact details are not stored there.

Search discovery

On our production website, a Toutiao Search script sends the current page URL, including any URL parameters, to Toutiao Search to help it discover public pages. Loading this script and its submission request also provides the technical information normally included in web requests.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, understand your requirements and communicate about PackData BI. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and service providers

Messages may be processed by our website hosting and email delivery providers. We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for follow-up and legitimate business records.
